Assembly was not a big deal, just had to use personal tools at times, as the included ones are not very effective. Bottom line, we would recommend this sofa. It looks so nice on our patio, and we love spending time on it.

Cushions are nice and thick, provide great support and does not sag. Was hesitant on buying it because My husband is a large man but the couch do not give when he sits on them.
